Soon the cherry blossom is blown off its tree and gently falls into the river. The river's current carries the cherry blossom down the river. The music changes to express the motion of this river as it gently flows towards the Pacific Ocean. As the cherry blossom floats down the river, it experiences the gentle beauty of the Japanese countryside.
