NC.VJ1677. Level 4. The fall of the Berlin Wall was a wonderfully dramatic example that the light of freedom will prevail. Having toured behind the Iron Curtain with choral groups, I was so moved the day the Wall fell that this piece, a surging, gospel-influenced anthem, came tumbling out. Very difficult, best tackled by a mature, large group and soloists who can improvise in gospel style. SATB with rhythm.

Nachdem hinter dem Eisernen Vorhang mit Chören bereiste, war ich so bewegt, den Tag des Mauerfalls, dass dieses Stück, eine wogende, Gospel-beeinflusste Hymne, purzelten heraus. Sehr schwer, am besten durch eine ausgereifte, große Gruppe und Solisten, die in der Art Evangelium improvisieren kann in Angriff genommen. SATB mit Rhythmus.
