First public performance is documented in the Berliner Allgemeine Musikalische Zeitung No.11 (March 14, 1827), pp.83–84 and No.12 (March 21, 1827), p.95 available at Google Books. While the work’s key is not mentioned it does state one of the movements is an andante (not found in the E major concerto).
