  • Sonneck- LoC Orchestral Music Scores - "Date of composition "1910" follows name of composer in caption title" (edit: this can indeed be seen in the full score); 1911 is indicated as date of publication in brackets, but as this Library of Congress acquisitions-summary book was released in 1912, 1911 seems a good guess.

The Samfundet series published a piano duet reduction of these Idylls in 1913 (see e.g. WorldCat). Wonder if the parts of the string orchestra version are still available... (ah. Free Library of Philadelphia copy has "score + parts.") - Schissel
