Ward, Jr. (S0.8672).This song takes the old hymn melody of "How Great Thou Art" and incorporates a triplet style akin to rhythm of "Blueberry Hill." While the chord progressions are quite different, the "Blueberry Hill" theme is prevalent throughout the piece. It was arranged in memory of a dear friend, Coach Wolaver, for his memorial service. A one-of-a-kind tribute to for a dear soul. You can extend the piece to include other verses. Simply play the first chord of measure 25 (Staccato) then D.C. al Fine prior to Measure 26 (Ritardando and play as written on last time through).
