Piano Trio in F Major (1944 rev. 1967) - Violin, Violoncello, Piano - Harald Genzmer was born in Blumenthal (near Bremen), Germany, on February 9th, 1909. He studied composition with Paul Hindemith beginning in 1928, and taught at the Musikhochschule in Freiburg im Breisgau from 1946 to 1957, and at the Munich Hochschule fuer Musik from 1957 until 1974. Harald Genzmer died in Munich on December 16th, 2007.
