suites; eight for 2 violins and continuo, and one for 1
violin, 1 viola da gamba and continuo. This collection,
Erster Theil Zwey-stimmiger Sonaten und Suiten was
printed in Hamburg in 1674. The source used for this
transcription is a facsimile of the original print. I
have always tried to be as close to the original as
possible. Editorial changes have been put above the
