NOTE:
This is the first tab I think, that has all the right chords in the Bridge, Enjoy!
Tom does not tune his guitar up or down, you can play what I've written in Standard and it sounds fine, he may've changed tuning on the album and played it a fret up or down, and I'd say he'd play in Standard live too.
